These outlets worked OK for about 4 months. Now they will not turn the radio or lamps on but they will turn them off so they are useless.Putting in a new battery did not help and you won't get any help from Woods.

Well was wondering if this gadget would work considering the price,but boy was I surprised the thing works perfect!The remote even see's thru walls and each outlet only takes a second to program.I'm using it for an electric fireplace ( the old remote burned out)and also for a couple of small heaters in other rooms.Don't even have to get up just hit the remote and off and on it goes.Am going to buy another set for future use

These outlets worked wonderfully! there are only a couple flaws: they are big and cover other nearby outlets and if you have a couple close together the area the remote works in is limited. The remote must be in line-of-site. it will work even if other things are in the way, unless that thing happens to be one of the other remote outlets. So having two or three close to each other presents a little problem. Other than that the range works great. I have turned stuff on and off while on a completely different floor. It is easy to set up. and it is cheap.

I returned this item as soon as it was opened. Amazon said it would work with in a 100' range. Box items said 60'max. I returned this unopened.
