The lights are bright and beautiful. HOWEVER, don't believe what the product description says. There is not three inches of space between each bulb. It's more like 1.5 - 2 inches. The string is nowhere near as long as I thought it would be. Now I'm going to have to break down and purchase another string, and these damn things are pricey. Overall, I'm unsatisfied.

These Christmas lights are nice and bright. They are white wired for a white Christmas tree (which can be hard to find). They arrived quickly and well packed. There were no broken lights however, one or two did not work when I tested them. There are spare bulbs with the sets so, replacing them are not an issue. All the other lights stay lit despite the one or two that are out. This can be a Christmas blessing because you will not go bonkers trying to find the one bulb that is making the strand not work! I bought several sets of these for a six foot white tree and I am sure that they will look great on it. I would recommend this product to others.

After I finally got them to work they look fine. However be prepared to do some work. Setting them up took much longer that described. I had to troubleshoot 5 dead bulbs. The very first day I had them set up some animal chewed through the wire and I had to find the break and mend it. This could be a common problem because the wires are on the ground. Once after a rain they did not function for 2 days until things really dried out.



After all the problems were settled they produced a lot of positive comments. No one else has them around my neighborhood They look like you have covered your area with small candles. After we had a good snow fall the lights also looked great under the deep snow.



Seem a little expensive for what they are. I do not have the LED version so maybe they will have fewer issues.

Seem pretty sturdy, have been good outside. It's rained a couple times and no issues. If you're looking for yellowish light these aren't the ones - they are the bright white LEDs that look a bit blue-ish.



Only thing that's a bummer is that there is no on-off switch so you have to unplug. And after you plug them back in you have to hit the button until you get back to your desired pattern. The slow fade pattern is very nice, though.

I was pleased with how sturdy the bulbs were when they repeatedly banged against my ladder. The colors are good and the lights brilliant because of the faceted plastic bulb. However, if I find brighter LED lights I'll buy them. Mine look dim and they look like I bought "energy saving" lights. The other thing I was surprised about is that you can't buy replacement bulbs. These lights do not unscrew, so the string will die slowly one bulb at a time. If you're using the string to wrap around a tree you might be able to hide the burned-out bulbs, but if you're running the lights along your roof you'll end up with blank spots.

I am using the product. I bought 6 sets but if you wait til Christmas, Target will sell them for just as cheap because the shipping is quite high. One of the sets were manufactured with bad receptors. Bad customer service. They did credit me for one light but would have preferred a whole replacement. Good thing it wasn't for a real wedding. The company didn't even have the courtesy to reply back to me with answers. The ad does not imply that removing one bulb will make all sequential bulbs leading to the outlet turn off so if you lose one bulb at the opposite end of the outlet, the whole string is dead.

These are much smaller than the traditional GE mini lights, so be prepared to get a couple of sets if you have a big tree. The major problem, however, is the gigantic power adapter that runs these things: it's so big that you can't put it anywhere on the tree -- you have to start your string on the ground level and hope that you can cover from top to bottom without another string. Also, you can't connect multiple sets because there's no socket to continue the string.



On the plus side, the choices of effects allows you to have a very vibrant or very sedate lighting effect or something in between. Kids will like them. Traditionalists won't.

The lights look very nice. They don't flicker as much but at the same time they are not very bright. They would look better on a tree than how I have them (on my house). The "crystals" are the best part, they're unbreakable and fairly spaced closer together than you would think.



When you drive around your neighborhood and see super bright LED's they're not like those, they're like the ones that you see that aren't as bright as those. Too bad they don't rate LED's in lumens for strand lights.



They're great, just know what you're getting. I'm going to keep putting them on my house since they use up a lot less electricity and they are unique.
